MANGO JASMINE MOUSSE

Mango Jasmine Mousse is an all-time fave. Tangy, creamy, light, vegan and glutenfree. Perfection. It could be yours in less than 15 minutes by using just three ingredients. Simply make sure you use a ripe mangoes.

Prep time 15 min
Makes 3-4 portions

ALL YOU NEED

1-2 ripe mangos
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup coconut blossom nectar (maple, agave) or less depending on the sweetness of the mangoes

HOW TO MAKE

Peel the mangoes. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into cups.
Refrigerate for 10 min.
Add some magic on top and serve.

SPRINKLE SOME MAGIC

fresh orange zest
coconut flakes
Jasmine flowers
extra sweetener - maple syrup

DELICIOUS NOTES

If you don’t have access to jasmine flowers, simply skip that part. remember to use only edible flowers on yuor culinary creations.
