These sacred experiences carry us straight to a state of utmost presence, through softening and opening us for the subtle frequencies of existance. It’s an inner alchemy. These experiences are available to be booked as a private event, as part of a retreat, family and friend’s gathering, birthday, or as a surprise for a beloved. Anita is an experienced and certified trauma informed facilitator of sacred femininity circles, Breathworker, Cha Dao tea and Cacao server and meditation guide. She transmits deep calmness and presence, inviting harmony, presence and celebration into our life.

Food Ceremony
Food Ceremony started as series of carefully curated outdoor experiences that bring us in union with our essence. In silence, stillness, while nature plays its sacred sounds, by sipping on ancient ceremonial tea, and nourishing ourselves with the frequencies of Anita’s vibrant delicious food creations. The Food Ceremony experiences gently weave all aspects of life and refine our senses, for us to arrive into the present moment, to remember and reconnect to our truth. Through Breathwork, Tea, Sounds, Food, Silence, Chocolate, Smell, Conscious Flow, and Connection – all together, are shortcuts to experience a rich, abundant, very intimate celebration. This format continues to inspire and bring together conscious individuals to form a healthy communion.
The heart-centered and somatic approach of the introduced practices support an opening to a place of stillness – a sacred space where inspiration is born and healing happens. A safe and brave place to feel what is, embrace the whole spectrum of our feelings and allow the sacred frequency of love towards the surrounding nature to nurture and unfold us to new opportunities and more refined life experiences. The anxiety, stress, and uncertainty we face in our current life circumstances are a gentle wake-up call for us to establish new sustainable habits and to allow the answers, love, and connection to rise from within. Cha Dao - The way of Tea
Gentle, and profoundly powerful meditation in motion to reconnect to the subtle energies in oneself, nature and others. It’s a beautiful process of inner refinement of our self-sensory experience - we listen, feel, taste, observe, awaken our senses for teh fullness of life. A mindful journey in which we invite unconditional love, inner peace, acceptance, presence and kindness to prevail. Cha Dao is an ancient meditation practice, in which through comuning with the wisdom of tea leaf one opens portals of the abundant world within, rewriting the way we relate to everything. It’s a mesmerizing dance, repeated for thousands of years. Recommended practice for introducing slowness and mindfulness through simplicity. The practice doesn’t require previous experience, but your active participation in non-doing/ no mind state.
The tea served is ceremonial grade, wild and rare, organically and traditionally grown.
Best to be experienced in the early morning/ sunrise hours and if possible in nature.
The ceremony includes and completes with a divine sweets raw dessert tasting.

Cacao Rose Ceremony
We commune with the medicine of Cacao and Rose to speak the language of the heart. In this sacred space we allow ourselves to be held by earth, skies, nature’s sounds and be melted by the properties of ceremonial grade cacao and the love frequency of the Bulgarian rose. Powerful and gentle, we integrate the polarities and invite softness as we journey with the potent energy of the subtle, soft, sweetness we discover within. Accompanied by the warm embrace of alchemical sounds of a crystal bowl and koshi chimes. We complete with a sharing circle - an opportunity to give voice to our experience, acknowledge and find acceptance within.
Recommended for opening and closing ceremony at retreats. The cacao served is ceremonial grade.
Best to be experienced in the afternoon/ sunset hours or right before a creative or movement activity.
The ceremony includes and completes with an abundant Divine Sweets (a mix of donuts and raw desserts) tasting as a symbol for celebration of life.
