First, I want to thank you for allowing me to take you on a journey of inviting raw, rich, pure Nature to come into your life, kitchen and gut.

Fermenting is beyond cabbage and salty brine. It invites nature’s diversity into our gut, it creates connections and brings back traditions, color, umami and excitement on our table, vitality in our body. It’s an act of empowerment to create your own wildly delicious ferments!

Our gut is an important brain, responsible for our emotional and food choices. Ferments are supporting our gut health, made easy and affordable. Our hero Kombucha, an unpasteurised ancient fermented drink is gold for our system. The milions of live organisms: bacteria, digestive enzymes are a precious cocktail with proven benefits. Apart from the health aspect, there is so much fun in brewing and finding your style and taste in each brew. There is so much room for exploration, so much freedom.

Anita is a passionate kombucha brewer and fermentation wizard over 15 years. She guides gently, presenting the complex matter of fermenting in a easy to digest way, so that you can build confidence and welcome fermenting effortlessly into your life.
