PISTACHIO, GINGER, DARK CHOCOLATE BONBONS

Dear ones, I couldn’t wait to share this recipe for so long. The festive mood is on, and I gift you with an easy but exquisite dessert. Pistachios give a very special, rich flavor, and they come along with ginger and high-quality dark chocolate pretty well. It’s super simple as always, no baking, ready in less than 20 minutes.

Prep time 20 min or less
Makes 10-12 bonbons

ALL YOU NEED

1/2 cup (100g) cashew butter (or simply blend raw cashews)
50g pistachios, raw, unsalted
2 tbsp (30ml) coconut oil, melted
1 tbsp (15ml) maple syrup
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp ginger powder
pinch sea salt

60g dark chocolate

HOW TO MAKE

Melt the dark chocolate in a water bath. Mix the rest of the ingredients.
Form balls, each 12-15g by pressing the nutty dough.
Dip each bliss balls in the chocolate and allow to set on a non-stick baking sheet.
Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top.
Keep in a cool place.
