White chocolate and Chestnut Bliss Balls

Chestnuts, warm socks, fireplaces, are all in season. Soft, sweet, salty, caramel-like, grounding, vegan and glutenfree. These plant-based treats are easy to make if you make sure you prep the chestnuts or buy already baked. It’s totally worth including chestnuts in this recipe. I promise. And one more thing, make them into tiny balls.

15 min or less
5 ingredients
makes 10-12 balls

All you need

90g dates, soft and pitted
60g pecan, raw
1 tbsp coconut oil, melted
3-4 chestnuts, boiled or baked, peeled

Sprinkle some magic

white chocolate, for melting
pecan nuts

How to make

Blend all ingredients until a soft dough is formed.
Form balls, each 15-20g
Refrigerate for 10 min, not necessary but it helps to firm the chocolate.
Melt the white chocolate in a water bath. Dip half of each bliss ball in.
Add some magic by sprinkling crushed pecans on top and serve.
