Oatmeal Porridge for Breakfast

Making oatmeal is one of the easiest things in the world. Make sure you enjoy this breakfast meal with a smile. It’s my favorite recipe when I travel and there’s a basic kitchen available. Feel free to make your own variation, play with nut butter, sweeteners, fruits and edible flowers on top. Truly inspired by the blooming chamomile field on the beach in April. I love springtime and extra sunshine in Greece.

Recipe ingredients
(for two servings)

1 cup oat flakes
1 1/2 cup water or rice milk

2 Tbsp almond butter
1 Kookie Cat cookie Chocolate chip Vanilla
1 banana
1 Tbsp maple syrup
extra choc chip
edible flowers, optional but beautiful, I used chamomile.


How to make it

Boil on low heat or soak overnight the oat flakes in water/plant-based milk.
