Mango Jasmine Mousse

Mango Jasmin Mousse is an all-time fave. Tangy, creamy, light, vegan and glutenfree. Perfect. This serious deliciousness could be yours in less than 15 minutes and just three ingredients.
Not having a mango, well than pineapple would be my second choice.

makes 3-4 portions

Mango Jasmin Mousse

All you need

1 ripe mango
1 cup coconut oil, melted
1/2 cup water, lukewarm
1/4 cup coconut blossom nectar (maple, agave)


Sprinkle some magic

fresh orange zest
coconut flakes
Jasmine flowers
extra sweetener


How to make

Blend all ingredients until smooth by adding the water gradually.
Refrigerate or freeze for 10 min.
Add some magic on top and serve.
